I used to be an overworked entrepreneur working 12 hours a day, 6 days a week. However, it wasn’t just in my career, it was in every area of my life. I would workout 5-6 days a week for at least 2 hours while following overstrict diets.
I tied my success and self-worth to my work and performance, constantly chasing success and operating as if time were running out. I was working tirelessly, with no pause button, and this took a toll on my health, both mentally and physically.
In my pursuit of success, I pushed myself to extremes. This negatively impacted my mental and emotional health, leading to gut issues and hormonal imbalances that affected my confidence and my well-being. I was caught up in a culture that glorified the "hustle" and praised performance and numbers.
But then, I discovered a new path.
I found beauty and peace in embracing my divine feminine energy, taking a sacred pause, and realigning my priorities. I learned to work smarter, not harder, and focus on just a few key things that truly mattered.
The result? I'm now getting more done in less time, and I've regained my energy and excitement for life.
